Has anyone any info on the German N scale manufacturer Arnold? I don't seem to see any products out there any more and despite Google's great search engine, I find zero information on what happened to them. It makes me guess that they're no longer in business, even if I can't find any mention of them going under.

Any info would be appreciated.

Arnold has been acquired by Hornby, just like some other European brands of the 'old days' such as Rivarossi, Jouef and Lima.

You can find them on the German Hornby website: www.hornby.de, or on the Hornby International website: http://arnold.hornbyinternational.com

AnyRail includes their 1:160 (N) track library, although it still uses the old part numbers.
