No, there is no way to create your own turnouts in AnyRail.
One reason is, that they're sometimes quite complex to define. Another one is that whenever some part turns out to be missing, we prefer to add it to the software ourselves so everyone can use it.
Of course, for completely hand laid track that is not possible. If you prefer to go that way, I can advise the product
Templot.
If you're missing something else, please let us know. In many cases, we'll be able to add it quite quickly.
