Today I have done some first test with this new release. And again some very nice improvements.

- Working with elements is a lot better now. In 3.4.0 the shift for lines and surfaces was introduced. Now this has a lot more functionality. Selecting an element and copy/paste is very nice. A point of critism is that it's very hard to see the difference of a selected / not selected line (when drawn with default linewidth 0.1). As soon as you make it a thick line, this is not a problem.

- Moving elements, and specially the SHIFT-key usage is great. This improves the possibilities of shaping a lot. Check the manual to see what's all new !

- Rotating elements and lines is nice. It looks very simular to rotating rails.

- Linewidth can be set - and linecolor. Unfortunate, you can't do this for the ruler. Specially when you zoom out the ruler is hard to see.
An idea for a next release : Some features for linewith, linecolor and textsize/color for rulers like you have now for lines and text ?

The introduction of easy dragging surfaces and lines introduced a new (minor) issue. When you zoomed out and try to drag a rails, it happen you are in fact accidentally moving a line or surface. You can't prevent this, the 'glued' feature is missing. Suggestion for a future release ?

Since we have now linecolors and a better linewith, I did some test for drawing dummy electrical lines. At least, I try to draw (single-) lines indicating the position of the most important electric wires for rails, control of turnouts, occupied-indicators.
(Little trick : I have those lines at 1 meter height. By changing the upper limit in view you can make the electrical system visible or hidden. And increasing the lower limit can hide everything exept the wiring. A kind of working with layers.)

I did not test the updates on the track libraries since I don't use those tracks.

Compliments again for the AnyRail Team !

Thanks a lot for your review, Sander!

You're right, there are a few minor issues, which we hope to solve in some future version...
