Hello Everyone,

I have been experiencing an occasional problem that occurs when I am using the Kato Unitrack Expansion track.  Though it usually works, sometimes when it is barley outside of the tolerance limits, it causes the program to crash.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Thanks!

Hi Ollie,

Of course we'd like to solve this issue as soon as possible.
Could you  please describe step by step in which case this happens?
If possible, could you post or email us the layout file that you're working on?

Hey David,

I do not have the direct file saved at where the error occurred, but I can attached the finished file if you'd like, and maybe you can reverse engineer the problem.

Here are copies of the two files that had given me problems in the past.

Thank you so much for helping!

Hi Ollieo83,

In the latest release 3.27.0, we've added a 'crash catcher'. This is a function to email the status of your computer to us whenever a fatal error occurs, so we can analyze what has happened.

So, once you've upgraded to this version, and experience the same problem, could you please send us that report?
That would be extremely helpful to us.
