It is a public secret that the Fleischmann Profi curved turnouts do not fit perfectly. A little bit of wiggling or cheating is required to make a nice fit. When laying the rail track, you will hardly notice that you are doing this.

Of course, problems like this with the geometry become immediately apparent in a CAD tool or rail planning tool such as DRail.
We've had many questions about this.

What we did is that we measured the original turnouts and represented them in DRail exactly as they are. Apart from that, DRail gives you the option to 'cheat' by turning off the 'snap' option, and increasing the tolerances (please see the manual if you want to know how to do this).

I attached two examples where you can see the result. If you zoom in you can see where I 'cheated'.

Of course, you can copy and paste the examples into your own track plan.
