Here's the first of the medium-size N layouts I've finished since I got the program. I admit that I went a little crazy on this, and the elevations haven't been rationalized, but there's a LOT of operation packed into a smallish space. It shows one of my favorite things- railroading through high mountains.
I even threw in a branch line! It floats above everything else and leads to a small village or mine (or both).
The one decent town / yard has enough to support its own engineer while the mainline runs can take two people to handle. Throw in branchline operations and you have enough to offer a small club. Or, one person can do it all.
