Here is my track plan with 2 stations. 1 big station and a smaller one with a shoulder line. Any suggestion, idea is welcomed.

Hi Akos,
I'm sorry that you have not received any comments on your track plan so far. That's a shame, as it's pretty good in my opinion.
The diagonally placed station makes it look a bit more natural. The fiddle yard has plenty of length. The small station in the center gives you plenty of opportunity for some nice scenery.
Still a few comments: -Are you sure you can reach all parts of the layout easily? The track in the central area seems out of reach to me. -I would maybe hide a bit more of the track in the back, and add some hidden staging there. The crossover would then move either to the left or the right. -I would let the track leading to the small station gain a bit of height for some extra excitement in the plan. That way you might be able to hide the 'ugly' 180 degree turn in the double track at the left.
I hope you find these comments useful.
David.
For your convenience I attached a picture of the plan.

Akos, I'm guessing that the bent track at the top of the yard is meant for either an industry or engine service, but consider leading it back into the maniline. This gives your yard crew a short yard lead to work with, which will make the mainline engineers a lot happier than having to dodge freight operations while trying to keep a schedule!

I've did some changes. Had to simplify a bit, since I moved and got a smaller table. The TT turntable is the same size as the Flsch in the plan. Feel free to comment.

IF the area at the center-bottom of the plan is meant for a station site, then you'd best rethink the placement of the double crossover. You have the capacity to run two trains at the same time, but trying to use the crossover while another train is in the station could prove 'difficult' Also, I would suggest you change the stub yard ladder design slightly to something like the design I've attached. p.s. I've no idea why the turntable refuses to auto-connect, but I put it in place as best I could (as you did).

The turntable does not connect because it's the wrong gauge.
Unfortunately, we don't have the Fleischmann TT turntable (6680) yet.
David.

I have noticed that crossover also, right after I went to bed, but was tired to move it. I really like the changes you have made. Thank you!

You're welcome. One more thing to note is a tip I always pass along: don't be afraid of flex track! You will often end up with a better-looking and better-performing layout if you don't have to worry about every little 36.5 mm track section.

Hi Akos!
Looks fun to run! Just wondering, do you have enough space for your platforms at the station? I know this was a hurdle I used to forget planning all the time.

Hi Akos, A straight forward and enjoyable layout. I agree with peartree, flexitrack is the way to go. On my layout only flexi-track was used apart from the points/turnouts, it reduced the feedwires by a quarter. Every track should have it's own feed.

Hi all!
I've already layed the tracks, but i think will enlarge the whole layout with another 1,8m x 1m board and connect the two. I will upload my next plan idea. All suggestion will be welcomed.

Hmm, might be a little late for suggestions, if you're already laying the track...
