Is there a way to do this already? That is, highlight the node points which are not connected to other track segments. I know that this would identify all the ends of stub end tracks, but it would also identify missing connections. Once a layout gets complex with more than one layer it becomes difficult to easily see where track may not have been joined. I di a lot of in-place editing. After a while it gets hard to pick things out.

An easy way is to go to the options, 'Drawing' tab, and set 'Endpoint size' quite large (4cm, 1.5 inch), and 'Connection size' to 0.

Another way to make it clear is to create sections with certain colors. Whenever a connection is missing, the section will not be fully colored.
