Position of plan in window.

Hi David.
I have started working on my N Scale plans (see image) and have hit a snag.
Basically, bits occasionally fall outside the board and cannot then be accessed unless one zooms right out (and then only for the right and bottom edges of the layout). In my case, that is 1:25 and, at that diminution, it is virtually impossible to see/highlight an errant piece of track or bezier point.
I was wondering if the application could emulate desktop publishing programs where the working area is surrounded by a margin (pasteboard) that can be used to hold spare items etc. and that this margin would be able to be accessed at all zoom levels. Maybe a flag to switch from the current arrangement to centring the layout?
Still have problems with gradients, btw! And now I can add (both single and parallel) curves that require more than one length of flexitrack.
With best wishes,
Chris.

Thanks for the suggestion.
It needs a bit of thinking though to decide whether this is the best solution.
We might find another way to zoom in on arbitrary parts, or to get the parts back into the normal working area more easily.
Could you elaborate a bit on your other problems?
David.

Chris, often I open a second AnyRail window and use that as a copy/paste board. It works very nice, you can have diffent scales on both windows, prepare parts of a construction and copy/paste that to the main window.
Maybe, for the time being, a usefull workaround.
