It appears the structure is incorrect with regards to the dimensions.

The graphics in the software shows it including the coal bin, but the drawn size is excluding this part. In addition the drawing (i.e the drawing of the footprint in blue) needs to be rotated 90 degrees. The track centres should be 2 1/2" apart and the lines do not match this as it currently stands.

User-submitted objects are strictly "Caveat usor".
Not a virtue, but a reality. David doesn't have the time to verify each one and, on net, they help those of us who want to use them for track placement and scenicking.
