A few ideas that I have
#1 Import of other .any files.
This way you can work on smaller sections and then import them into the larger layout.
#2 Export as Vector.
Something that could be opened up in other software like an SVG etc.
#3 Ability to set the Zero point of the grid to any location.
#4 See details of line/line segments.
Those are all great ideas!!
I am wondering as I am using the CIRCLE to form a ROUND of the Baseboard, could we be able to CUT a segment off and just get rid of the rest of the Circle, I am using THE LINE and changing to Brown for a straight Section of Baseboard.

Draw your track plan.
Add track 2" to the outside of your plan.
In the show tab, select centerline.
Insert a surface with multiple points (normal, round, curved as necessary) onto the centerline of the temporary track.
Delete the temporary track.
In the show tab, select Track.
