We've updated:
- H0 Walthers Code 83. Some turnouts needed to be slightly adapted
- H0 Peco Streamline Code 75. Slightly changed SL-E186/187
- H0 Trix C. Added buffer 62001
- N Fleischmann Piccolo. Added switch motor 640000

Again there's a problem with the UI library and icons not scaling up properly (they are tiny again).

You're correct. We've updated a third party library but did not apply the special fix in that library for custom scaling.
It should be fixed in the next update.
