I'm curious what exactly the percentages displayed when working with Flex indicate?  I'm sure they're telling me something about the limits, but I couldn't find exactly what.

This means you have an extreme slope!
In the 3D view you should be able to see the giant height differences.

Yes, the set of points (or switch) is at height +7 while all of the surrounding track is at height 0.  You can select which of these values is displayed in the layout view with the appropriate tick boxes in the SHOW options panel.

OH, Thanks!  I cut/pasted the switches, didn't realize they were on a different grade.  Easy to fix, and that makes sense.
