Identifying power connection points

Hi

I have an N gauge layout that is made with Peco Setrack, I am now rewiring this into sections with current sensing feedbacks. What I am looking for is a way of identifying the relevant track connections as Power feed connections a bit like the "add isolator" function. A way of doing this and giving the connection a number or name reference would be even better.

Any ideas or pointers gratefully received.

David

Maybe you can use the 'label' function for that?
Select the track element and fill out the 'Label' field in the top TRACK menu.
Next, on the SHOW tab, make sure that 'Label' is checked.

Hi David

Thanks for the reply.

I see where you are coming from, this is OK for identifying the section and rough location of the power sensor wiring a bit more clearly than the section name. It would, however, be really useful to be able to identify the actual location of the connection. or more specifically, it would be for me for me as I am using rail joiner droppers so a change of format of the connector a bit like when using the isolators would work perfectly.

I guess that it is not a big enough issue for things going forward as most sensible things seem to have been included in the software so far so I guess that I will just stick to manually marking a printed track plan
