Layers panel - change colour of text?

Is there any way to change the colours used for text in the Layout Panel?  At the moment, I see:

*  black on light green for the active layer, which is high contrast and fine
*  medium green on white for other layers displayed, which is just about readable
*  pale green on white for inactive layers, which I personally find almost illegible.

If possible, I'd like to use higher contrast text/background combinations for the layers displayed and inactive layers.

Hope this can be fixed   :)

Not at the moment unfortunately. I'll see if we can make it a bit better somehow.
