Brnging track "forward",

I've crossed over my main line with a spur but I need the spur to be underneath the main line.  Is there an ORDER command as in MS publisher to get the spur behind/underneath the mainline?  I had this problem on my last drawing and I ended up deleting the track that was underneath and redrawing it so it would be on top.

If you set the height of the track it will be drawn in the right order.

Track at the same height is not drawn in any particualr order.
