List of Materials and Pivot

When designing a layout using Flexi track, it would be nice to see a summarisation of the different lengths in the List of materials so that I would know how many actual lengths of Flexi track I would have to buy i.e. if you have 5 different lengths of flexi and it comes to 90 inches, then I need 3 lengths of flexi track.

When I was designing a length of track it didn't quite come out straight after I added and removed pieces. Trying to adjust the different lengths using the Rotate function didn't work. Would it be possible to have a Pivot option whereby you could set one end as fixed and 'Pivot' the other end, or select a section and 'set horizontal' or 'set vertical'.

We've put the idea to show total flex length on our todo list.

About your second issue: When you right click a connection or an endpoint, you can set its 'position'.
Apart from the coordinates, you can set the angle of the direction of the endpoint (or connection).

The direction needs to be set in degrees. 0 is up, 90 is left, 180 is down, and 270 is right.

This might be just what you need.

So, if you set it to 90 (or 270), you'll get a horizontal, and 0 (or 180) will give a vertical.

From version 3.17.0 on, the list of materials summarizes all lengths per track element, so you can easily see the total flex length.
