These are a few of the models I own and have built. I took measurements from the completed structures and transfered to AnyRail including as much detail and color ast I could. The footprints should be close to exact, however some of the rooftop items may not be as exact. Some of the items have been done before, and I do appologize for that, but I wanted to share my work anyhow. The structures included are as followed:

Walthers
933-3201 Water Street Frieght Terminal
933-3221 New River Mining Company
933-3260 Modern Roundhouse
933-3264 Machine Shop
933-2613 130' Turntable
933-3228 Car Shop

Also included is the roundhouse with the machine shop attached and the roundhouse with the machine shop and the 130' turntable attached. I have also included a track templet to use to lay out track connecting to the truntable with ease. Once you have layed out all the track that will connect to the turntable, simple delete all the track that make up the templet, rotate the roundhouse to the position you want, then drag and drop the turntable to where the templet once stood.

I hope you enjoy these structures and I welcome any comments or criticism.

update: Oct.20, 2012 Changed thread and .any file title. Adjusted the structures and industries so that the track sits under them. Also added Life-Like #7881 EMD SW9/1200 and Atlas #48302 EMD GP-9 phase 2, both in the B&O livery (zoom in, they're very small!)

very nicely done!
much appreciated.
i did basically the same for the turntable using 7.5 degree divergences and the other cornerstone roundhouse by Walthers which uses that geometry.
thanks for adding.

Thank you kindly Mike and Gary. I absolutely love this program, it's so much fun to use so I guess I should give a big "Thank You" to the creators as well as all the wonderful contributors- THANKS GUYS!!

I don't have a working layout at the moment, so all I do for the most part is build structures and weather n-scale cars, locomotives, and the structures themselfs. At least with having AnyRail, I can still sort of play with my trains. I have every intention to work on getting more structures drafted into AnyRail, and soon as I do I will update my origional post with the newest file.
Thanks again guys =)

@Critchiken: Great work!

I think it would be a good idea if we add the turntable to AnyRail as a predefined object, and that you upload the structures as user defined objects. That way, it will be a lot easier for people to use these items.

Thanks David! I saved the structures and industries (including the 130 Ft. turntable) as user objects, is there another step I need to do in order to upload them, or was that it? As for making the turntable a predefined object, I'm guessing that's something you would have to do? If it's a permission thing you would need, note that with ANYTHING I create and upload here on the forums, it is to be assumed that you have my permission to add it to the program. I would be honored!!

I have added Walthers 933-3228 Car Shop to my origional post for anyone else interested. It's not something I own (yet) but I used Walthers dimensions from thier website and did my best guess at the rooftop details from the pictures. Tracks are 7" long inside the structure (3 total) and are spaced about 1 1/4" center to center. I connected the diverging tracks of two code 55 #5 turnouts and used the mains for spacing and it looks like it works out nicely. However, without actually having it in my hand, I can't say for sure that these are the true numbers. If anyone does own one and wouldn't mind measuring and giving me the numbers, I will gladly make any necessary corrections to my upload.

Thanks again all, for the kind comments and a GREAT program! More to come, I'm having fun!

Hi Eugene! Yes, the next step is to open the user object library in AnyRail and identify the items with a blue border. These are non-shared items. To upload them, right click the item, click 'Details', check one more time and click 'Share (upload)' in the dialog box.

The item will be uploaded to our server. We get a notification that a new item needs approval.
Once we give the approval, others can download your items by clicking 'Download new items' on the 'User objects' tab in the program.

Thanks a lot in advance for sharing your work.
