Atlas N Scale roundhouse

I don't see this in the user objects anywhere. Does anyone have measurements for what track length I would need to use? I don't mind if I don't see the building outline, but not sure how long to make the tracks.

The Atlas site says "longest section 10 3/8" and "widest section 11" so I'm thinking that 10 3/8" is probably right? Trying to figure out how much real estate it would take up and if it's worth it.
