Anyrail disappears when moved to second monitor.

This started after the 2nd to the last update.  I open AnyRail and if I move it over to my second monitor it " disappears ".
I can recover it by ALT-TABing into the program,   hitting ALT-SPACE and select restore. Then I can move it back.
Any thoughts as to why this would happen now?

We use a 3rd party tool to create the user interface.
This is a known bug, recently introduced, that happens on some systems with a maximized window on a second monitor. They promised to fix this soon.
