insert my own graphics

Hi @ all,
I'm searching the opinion to insert my own graphics. 
I remember that this was possible some versions earlier.
I want to use a plan of my garden as background for planning a garden railroad.
Can someone help?

You can insert a rectangle (or draw the shape) and then select it and insert an image (rightmost option on tools/shapes menu bar) in the shape.


You can resize the image to the size of the rectangle once it has been added to the shape.
