Plenty of new stuff in this version:

- Many signals have been added:
* N Viessmann
* TT Viessmann
* Z Viessmann
* H0 Viessmann, Brawa, Busch, Tomar, N.J. International
Note: Right click the signal and select 'Small' for a smaller picture of the signal.

- Easier grip of endpoints

- No more problems when connecting tracks with a height difference (track will be brought to the right height automatically)

- Flex remains where it is when using special functions for straight, curve and easements

- Hot keys have been added for the line/surface function. While hovering a point:
* 'p' adds a point
* 'Delete' deletes the point
* 'h' opens the Height dialog

- Hot key added for track. While hovering an endpoint or a connection:
* 'h' opens the Height dialog

Track library updates:
* Flex track added for Roco 2.5 mm (H0)
* New DCC turnouts addede for H0 Bachmann EZ Track
* Small textual updates in some other libraries

If you are among the few that have downloaded and installed version 3.16.0, please update.
There was a strange bug with flex track in that release, that has been fixed in 3.16.1.
