While we're working on version 6, we don't forget the updates for version 5!

In this release, with the kind help from Pete Llewellyn of C&L, we've been able to add track libraries for:
- C&L Finescale OO gauge
- C&L Finescale P4 gauge
- C&L Finescale EM gauge

With the kind help from a member of the Dutch Trix Express Club, we've been able to add:
- Trix Express Pappe
This is vintage track, but still loved by many people.

There are updates for:
- O Atlas 3-rail
- Standard Gauge Lionel

An issue with loading grayscale images onto surfaces is fixed.

5.19.1 solves an issue with incorrectly scaled glue icons
5.19.2 solves a problem on old Windows XP systems. Invalid part number for Trix Express Pappe fixed
