In 2012, the Florida East Coast Railway https://www.fecrwy.com/ spun off All Aboard Florida http://www.allaboardflorida.com/ to explore adding passenger service from Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Orlando Florida.  In 2015, All Aboard Florida created the Brightline brand http://www.gobrightline.com/.  Here are some of the graphic designs that were considered.  http://www.evanallen.com/#/brightline/.  The consist is a push/pull with two, 125 MPH, 4400 HP, Siemens Charger locomotives and Siemens Viaggio coaches.  Some trains will have a cafe car and some will have a buffet car.  Locomotives and cars have been ordered.  BTW, the FEC just upgraded their freight service with 24, 75 MPH, 4400 HP, GE ES44C4 locomotives.  High speed intermodal is just around the corner.

For those of you who like technical stuff, here is the Final Environmental Impact Statement from the Federal Railway Administration https://www.fra.dot.gov/Page/P0819.  I call your attention to the East-West and North-South track plans showing speed limits, and upgrades.
