The first release in 2009 has the following improvements:

On line help:
The English and Dutch version now have on line help. Press F1 to try.

Performance:
AnyRail tended to become slightly 'unsnappy' with large layouts. This has been resolved.

Library fixes for:
Kato N Unitrack (turnouts 20220 and 20221)
Fleischmann N Piccolo (extendable track 9110 added)

Some other minor things:
Precise placement of ruler endpoints added (double click them and enter coordinates)
Zoom in/out flickering removed
