OBJECT CREATION

I noticed that there are quite a few Walther's HO structures missing from the Object and User Object libraries and I would like to create the ones that I need. Is there any way to do this WITHOUT using the built-in drawing tools? I notice that the file extension on the objects is "sudro" but no one seems to know what this is or how is was created. I would like to use SKETCHUP or similar but it doesn't have that save extension.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

.sudro is an internal AnyRail format.
I'm investigating the possibility of importing .svg files.
