trying to do relistic operations and need help

im trying to do log to lumber ops but am having trouble fitting it all onto one table. any ideas are welcomed attached is a digram of the room that im working with my dad has made the low wall off limits for building so please help. also its HO scale

The unusual room shape presents a challenge.  Not being able to use the "low wall" also limits what you can do, especially where the doors are located.  Consider isle/walking space.  A 4x8 (or other size) table may not be the best approach.

A shelf railroad might make the best use of the room.  See attached. I loaded your pic into a rectangle in AnyRail and used that as a template to lay the track on top.  This would be a great way to plan and see what can fit.

If you haven't acquired a lot of HO equipment/buildings yet, consider using N, where 11" radius curves would be ok.

Will there be any furniture in the room?  If so, then more challenges in figuring what you can do.

Sometimes limitations are good. Keeps you focused. Less can be more.
