3d view regarding levels

I have more than one level; a main level and a staging area below it.  When I use the 3D view, both levels are mashed together making what I'm trying to see impossible.

What I mean is; the terrain is fractured with deep voids and points and rather than see my mountains, bridges and tunnels, there's a deep void info the middle and at the bottom is my lower level track.

I recall you saying that you were working on another version of the 3D viewer. Will this new version address this issue?

Yes, it will, but not in the first version.
