Problem with JMRI export

I can export to JMRI without any difficulty, however (comma) when I try to open the layout panel in JMRI, the scale of the track is not at the same scale as the JPG background image.  I thought, by setting the scale in Anyrail to 1:1 this would solve the problem, but it got much worse.  What do I need to do to get the track in the panel the same scale as the background image in the panel?

I found it.  I needed to export the Anyrail drawing at a 1:10 scale.
