Add Micro Engineering Code 70 Ladder System

Apparently this is now available - could we please add it to the Track Objects?

I believe the geometry is the same as the Code 83 so adding these should not be a big job.

Of course, they'll be added in the next update.

We've contacted Micro Engineering, and they say it'll take another month or so before these will be available.
As they've not decided on the part numbers yet, we're a bit reluctant to add them already.

Cool, and thanks for that bit of intel. about the release date. I'll wait then before I decide on the track for my main classification yard.
