Does the "Usage" feature have any meaning in Anyrail?

I want to use this to map out my blocks. Want to use the following.

Pass through
Stop
Detection

Well, you can just enter something that suits you for the usage, and display it. AnyRail does nothing with it.

You can print it out using info, List of Sections. 

That helps me figure out the block setpups needed for automatic control for stopping 6 trains on one track.
