Only getting trial version downloaded

I had to reimage my computer and when I tried to download my License copy I only got the trial version.

These versions are the same. After installation, you need to register the trial version. To do so, start the program, open the FILE tab and click 'Register' at the bottom left. Next, enter your license details.

I have tried but it says NOT REGISTERED after entering info ?

It seems you made a small typo in the license key ('5' instead of 'S").
I just resent your key. It's the easiest to copy and paste it.
