fast track turnout lengths

I'm using Fast Track turnouts but they aren't coming out at the correct length (N scale).  The # 6 turnout from Fast Track is 6 inches long but AnyRail shows it as a little over 4 inches.  What am I doing wrong?

You're doing nothing wrong.

We have defined the turnouts at their minimum lengths as specified by the manufacturer of the fixtures.
As this is hand laid track, this gives you the best flexibility to lay the track however you wish.
