Fast tracks HOn30 point locks position.

While using the new Fast Tracks library of parts I have found a couple of problems.

1: Smooth flex track option is not working. It's making the section very distorted with a quite small tight radius in the middle of the section.

2:  When adding a point to a piece of flex track, that point is locked in the position and can only be moved if I disconnect it. Also the piece of flex track can not be moved either unless the 2 parts are disconnected.
