My trackplane for this first winter

Hi from the  Netherlands. I have created a trackplan (my first) using Marklin C-rails. The goal is to create a mountain landscape. Due to the room dimensions my trains are relative short around the 90cm.
The track runs between a height of 0cm and 24 cm. The inner helix has  3.2 % slope. Unfortunately the helix outbound part has some more.

Please feel free to comment my plan. My main questions is it an easy plan to create, or do you for see major problems, e.g. tracks to close to the edge of the table
