Lost some track beyond 0,0, and can't find how to get it back

Well Folks, I've managed to drop a few pieces of track when moving them, and somehow, they've gone outside the baseboard area, effectively out to the left of point 0,0 and I can't find a way to get out there to drag them back so they can be used or deleted, and they're messing up my track count numbers.

I know they're there, because I can see these 3 pieces of track in the 3D viewer, outside of the track area as such, but I can't work out how to get hold of them again.

I've had a quick look in the help, and done a search here for "lost track", but can't find anyone having done this before, so I've either found a hole in the software, or done something mega stupid, and don't know how to now undo it.

Anyone got any ideas on this please.

Thanks

Steve

Steve, if you zoom out far enough you can see your lost tracks, select it and drag it back onto the table.
