attach any rail plans to a post

hello y'all i have been away for about 3 1/2 yrs had a 3 deckfile to here layout in a spare room till my wife kicked me out of my train room. { that was not nice} but i love her anyway. Got the bug again i got about 1000 feet of Kato uni track. i have some old layout designs i am kicking around . i want to attach them to a post here but i forgot how to upload the anyrail file  can some one please help thanks
