hay guys & gals help with 4 x 8 scenic stairway

I have been working on this layout for about 2 months now so far I am happy with it but would really like to get feedback on what I may not have thought of to make it better. looking to here from you.
   
I like continues running and have seen a 4x8 two track layout on "you tube" that I enjoyed watching so I wanted to run two or three trains at the same time. This is a freestyle all steam (1920 to1930) DC plan with 4 controllers. The program shows one reversing loop but I count 4. the small stand alone track is for a trolley that runs from an over the track station up to merchants row and old town with is own engine house. staging will be on the main line and rolling stock will be stored under the layout. Please let me know what you are thinking.
