POLAR EXPRESS, EXPANDED LAYOUT??

Hello,
Complete newbie here hoping to get a few suggestions!
I purchased the Lionel-Polar Express, o Gauge set for my grandson at Christmas.
I am looking for a ready made expanded layout for an area roughly 6X6.
I want to continue the Christmas, winter theme with mountains, tunnels, the North Pole etc...
If any of you have a suggestion I would greatly appreciate it!!
