In the Settings Tab, Under Flex Track what is the 3 settings for Minimum Radius for? I Can't find any description or explanation for this in the Manual!

It is in the manual, although only briefly (search in the PDF for the word radius, page 72 or thereabouts in mine I think).

If enabled with the tick box "Alert on too sharp curves", the values show the radii below which flexible track is highlighted in different colours.  This allows you to see at a glance if there is any flex-track where you have set a radius too tight for some of your rolling stock.

That still Does Not explain the 3 selections for Minimum Radius!

My program has the follow options in Settings, Flex:
Minimum Radius 1
Minimum Radius 2
Minimum Radius 3

WHY are these here and WHAT are they used for?

The Manual doesn't even show them in the picture for this section!

Indeed, the manual is not up to date on this.

You can set three radii, in increasing size. These become effective when using flex track.
Stretches below radius 1 become red, below radius 2 become orange, and below radius 3 become yellow.

This can be useful if you have long engines and want to ensure these can at least negotiate the main line for instance.

@ScottB, I am sorry if you found my answer unhelpful.  I have re-read it and while concise, in my view it does explain the feature, what it does (which is part of why it is there), even if not in depth.

As noted above, the three levels of minimum radius as indicated by the three colors.  As to why it is handy, I use mine for sweeping mainline minimum radius (passenger cars).  Freight and yard minimum radius.  And absolute minimum for say things like a branch for ore cars and their 0-4-0 loco.

You can set these up with your personal aesthetic minimums, or car/loco length minimums.  Or you can use only 1 or 2 of the minimums.  The tool is built for you to use as you like.
