Hi David,

nice update!

However and unfortunately, for z-scalers there's not much coming lately. Despite the fact that there is a pretty large community for that scale in Germany, the US and Japan. Maybe you can think about it for the next update? ...

Thanks a lot anyway for the great piece of software.

Kind regards from Germany,
Nischoma (real name = Armin)

David,
Regarding the Peco code 55 turnout updates, are they automatically applied where appropriate in an existing .any file please?

Regards,
Francis.

David

No, You will have to replace these manually.
The diverting leg of the SL-E392F/SL-E391F are shortened slightly to match the real parts. This of course influences the layout a little bit.

Hi Armin,

What do you feel is missing?  I mostly plan Z scale layouts and I find that the libraries included in AnyRail are quite comprehensive, although I mainly use the Märklin and Rokuhan libraries.  I am less familiar with some of the US based manufacturers.

Hi BadBanana

Great username, compliment!

To your answer, I use the same two (Maerklin and Rokuhan libraries). My comment to the new AnyRail version was more in general. Maybe I'm just a bit disappointed that a lot is going on for HO but not really for Z scale.

Of course, that is the manufacturers' fault. Two things I really miss in AnyRail:

1 - more symbols for landscaping, buildings and things and
2 - a better link between the real track layout and the electrical circuits.

There's a lot going on in DCC versus Analog. I understand that AnyRail is a track design software and not an electronic circuit design software (such as TinyCAD for example). But it would still be great to have a link between the two worlds. Additional electronic libs would be fantastic ...

But in any case, I like AnyRail. That's why I use it  :)

Happy Easter,
Armin

Hi David,
How do I buy this? I am on the trial version and attempted to get a license but paddle.com refunded my payment after I went through Paypal without explanation. So, I did not receive a license. I have a fairly large layout and the trial version will not suffice. Please advise.
Thanks

David

Hi Peter,

You are not reachable by email, so we refunded your purchase. Please see a personal message about this that you can find at the top of this window in the Forum (under 'My Messages').

Hi David,
The last of three messages. I was able to use my personal email to purchase AnyRail and am now registered. Thanks for your response, which was very helpful in getting me past my issues.

Thanks for the clearance display modification.

Are updates on a schedule or just when a release is deemed suitable?

Thanks.

David

There's an update whenever it's suitable, but usually 4 to 8 updates each year.

In the meantime we work on a major new release.

Hi first.
How can I insert my own images of objects? I used to use it to create my own objects. Now that I've wanted to practice this again for a long time, it's no longer possible. !? The following error message is output: "Input stream error" .
Can someone help me with this?
Greetings Gisi
I would like to prefer German as my English is not that good. Thanks!
