Hornby Turntable Insert

Hi, Anyone have a solution to this. I am setting out a new layout with a turntable in sidings but when i put turntable in I am unable to snap any track to it

Turntable R070 needs the X918 transition tracks. From there, you can connect regular track.

Thank you for the assist.Tried that before but did not realise only one end attaches to the Turntable.
