Hello everyone.

I am new to AnyRail, and as such I am trying to find my way around the software.
I have a OO gauge layout in my loft but now is time for change. I am going to build a new layout in my garage. I will cover an area of 3500mm x 2200mm with a cut out for operations in the centre measuring 900mm x 800mm.

I have now started using AnyRail to plan my layout, but when I look at the track and buildings they look very small in relation to the actual layout on the base board. What is the most likely problem, and what is the possible solution? I look forward to hearing your ideas.

Regards,

Paul

David

Did you set the units (measurement system) right?
Please check the SETTINGS/Measurement system, it seems you want to set it to mm.

Next, check the Work area Length and Width. Make sure these values are slightly larger than your layout, so for instance 4000 x 2500. All values will be in the units you've set, so in this case mm.
