Anyrail 7.0.13 not installable within Wine32

Hello,

thanks for the new Version.
I know that Wine is not supported, so my querstions is: What has changed between 6.58.2 and 7.0.13?
The Installer stops with an Errormessage or does not start.

- Is there an other Installer?
- Are there other System requirements?

Are you using Wine32?
The main difference is that version 7 is 64 bits, where version 6 is 32 bits.

I don't know Wine well, but you'll probably need Wine64 if that exists.

thanks for your fast reply. Ok, now it is 64bit. But the Update was found on wine32 and it was (tryed to) install. (But it breaks)
What will happen on a Windows 32bit machine? Will the update to AnyRail7 start and break?

I will test Wine64 and report how it works.

Are there any Information what has changed or upgraded from AnyRail 6 to 7?

Well, there are not many Win32 computers anymore, so that's not a problem.

The main improvements are in the 64 bit version, and the 3D viewer.

Hallo David,

it works with Wine64.
But AnyRail7 looks different. I do NOT know wether it belongs to wine64 or the new version of Anyrail.

One thing (Problem) i have found: Maerklin C-Gleis: The Roadbed is always enabled (visible). You can not switch the Roadbed on or off. Wine or Anyrail7 Problem? I will check it later on a Windows PC.

In Anyrail 7, if track has a fixed roadbed, it is always displayed.

Yes i know that Wine is not supportet, but some questions are allowed.    Thanks.

Oh, an other change from AnyRail 6 to 7. (Not so nice, because i use C-Gleis but without showing Roadbed. It makes the layout more clear during drawing.)
