Update 7.0.17 Lost elevation of some track sections

I upgraded to 7.0.17 today and found a curious bug.

I'm using Kato N Unitrack.  Two of the parts I had used- 20048, Buffer/Bumper Type C, and 20032, remote uncoupler, lost their elevations during the upgrade.  I reset the height from 0 to 4.25 and clicked "OK".  Nothing; the elevation was still 0.

I selected a new 20048 from the library.  It functioned correctly, as did 20032.

The layout was designed in the last of the V6 versions.  I don't know if 7.0.13 had the same issue. It may have happened without me noticing.

Update: I noticed the issues above while looking at the 3D view.  Those parts were floating below the rest of the track.

I've since noticed that some track sections display the correct elevation at each endpoint, but if I click Set Height, the elevation shows 0.  Other sections show the correct height.

I think this is a leftover of an older version 6 definition of these items. We've changed these a lot in version 6 as well.

I tried this with the said items from version 6.58.2, and this is the result when opened in V7.
