Cannot Remove Isolator

I have isolators that were on my track plan prior to upgrading to v7.0 that I cannot find a way to remove.  If I add a new isolator, I can remove it.   However, there are a number of isolators that appear to have been added in v6.0 that show the "Remove Isolator" as grayed out.
Am I missing something?

Is it an isolator between two sections? In that case, you can't remove it as it separates the two sections.
