Andrew,

Well, I gave it a try. I decided I liked version 10 better, so that's the one I spent a little time on. Here's my take on the refinery situation. In my mind, if you're going to do the refinery, then do it BIG and make it a real feature of your layout. Beside, there's all those lovely pipes and fittings you can model to impress family and visitors :)
