User Objects Height lost in v.7.1.1

When loading the attached file using v.7.1.1, the displayed objects appear as User Objects with height 0 (zero), losing the heights set in v.6.

In v.6.57.0 the displayed objects appear as Objects, with the point motor heights as 726; the signal box height as 760.
