Lines and point decoration

Have line decorations, be it an arrow, box or whatever is selected, sized by line thickness of appropriate size.

It is very time-consuming to set every arrow when dimensioning a drawing.

Firstly, you could select multiple lines with Control-Click and then apply the width setting to all of that selection at the same time.  If there are many such lines, you can also consider assigning them to a new layer (select the lines with Control-Click and then change the layer parameter).  Then to change all of those lines you can show only the layer needed, then select all with Control-A or Click and Drag with the mouse and then apply the width changes.  For my own layouts I put elements of different types on different layers, not only for this purpose, but it also makes it easy to select only the layers desired for printing.  For example, I have separate layers for different track lines, but also for baseboard sections, dimensions, contours, buildings and other structures, build notes, and so on.

@ BadBanana, You are right concerning "line thickness" but what you have said does not work for "endpoint decorations", arrows and such. When you select more than one line or control point, the option to apply said endpoint decoration is disabled.

Currently, no matter what your line thickness is set to, the endpoint "decoration" is the default SIZE 1. Every point must be edited individually. Granted, I could copy and paste sized lines with sized endpoints but the length would in most cases need editing. Not saving very many "clicks".

I like the advice on putting dimensions on a different layer though.  :D
