Multi-deck Layout Export into JMRI

Hello David,
I have a rather large N Scale layout (652 square feet) that has multiple decks. It has over names forty sections (power districts) and an equally large number of trackside signals. When I export into JMRI I get a jumbled mess. Would it be possible to export only the visible or selected layers so that I can import and consolidate them in JMRI. I appreciate all that you do. Thank you.

That would be a bit tricky as the turnout table is now auto-numbered from 1.
Subsequent exports will then have overlapping turnout numbers.
