Create a user object

I am trying to create a a user object for my Facebook group to use.
One of the members of the group created a nice little module image with a piece of Kato track on it.

The problem is it uploaded the image but will not upload the section of track that is on it, any suggestions.

Track elements cannot be included in a user object. Only lines, surfaces and text can.
